Travel LPN – Medical Surgical (Night Shift)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during overnight shifts
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout the shift

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license valid in North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring in a Med Surg environment
• Experience working in a high-volume or regional referral hospital setting
