Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
Document patient information and clinical data using Epic EMR
Float to other units as required to support staffing needs
Work weekend shifts as part of the regular schedule
Complete onsite orientation modules during the onboarding period
Required Qualifications
Active RN license (State or Compact) - must be in hand at time of submittal
BLS certification required
All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local candidates will not be considered
Previous staff at this facility must receive facility approval prior to returning
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Medical Surgical patient populations
Familiarity with Epic charting system
Flexibility and comfort with floating to additional units
