Job Opportunity – Rehabilitation RN – New Hampshire

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Keene, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotation. Travelers must be available to work two major holiday blocks including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's periods as scheduled.

  • EPIC electronic medical record system in use
  • Charge nurse pay differential of $2/hour when assuming charge role
  • 13-week assignment with transition to float position in mid-February
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
Requirements
  • New Hampshire RN license or Compact license (must be active)
  • Minimum 2+ years current Med Surg experience
  • Charge RN experience required
  • Experience with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehab, trauma, and other serious injury patients
  • EPIC experience required
  • Active American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
  • Must have reliable personal transportation (Uber and public transportation not available in this area)
  • Willingness to float to other units as needed
  • All compliance and occupational health items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
