Must-Have: - Post-operative surgical experience preferred. - Patient care experience in the following areas: hip/knee surgeries, mastectomies, and abdominal surgeries preferred. - PCA and Heparin experience required. - EPIC EMR experience required. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical unit on a night shift schedule. The position involves a 12-hour shift, working 4 nights a week. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients recovering from hip/knee surgeries, mastectomies, and abdominal surgeries. The nurse will work with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5. Our unit includes an emotional support canine to enhance patient experience. Candidates must have extensive experience in Medical-Surgical nursing with a strong background in post-operative care. BLS certification is a requirement for this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent patient care skills and be adaptable to various patient needs.
