Are you an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives? We are seeking a passionate RN to join our vibrant outpatient radiation department. Here’s what you need to know:
- **Experience Required:**
- 3 years of Oncology RN experience or MedSurg Oncology experience
- **Licensure:**
- Active California RN License required
- **Certifications:**
- BLS certification required
- ONC certification preferred
- **Flu Vaccine:**
- Must be vaccinated (no exemptions) as flu season starts in September
- **Special Requirements:**
- EPIC experience is required
- **Job Details:**
- Weekend Requirement: No
- Floating Requirement: No
- On-Call Requirement: No
- Pending Licenses: Not accepted; must have an active license at the time of submission
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated
**Role Responsibilities:**
- Start IVs and administer necessary medications
- Provide essential education and guidance to patients
- Triage patient calls efficiently
- Conduct wound care management
