Schedule: Night shift, 19:00-07:30, either 3x12 or 4x12 schedule with 3 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period

- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
Requirements:
- Active RN License (West Virginia or Compact state license required; pending license accepted for submission)
- Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – all American Heart Association (AHA) certified
- Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from facility location
- Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
- Experience with telemetry and medical/surgical patient populations
- Proficiency with Cerner charting system preferred
Key Skills:
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Blood product administration and central line management
- IV therapy including starting and maintaining peripheral lines and PICC line management
- Management of high-acuity medical patients including CVA, renal failure, and cardiac conditions
- Wound care and specialty equipment experience (chest tubes, feeding tubes, tracheostomy care)
- Oxygen therapy including high-flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/CPAP management
