Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse – West Virginia

Schedule: Night shift, 19:00-07:30; choice of 3x12 or 4x12 schedule; includes 3 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period

• 34-bed medical/surgical unit with telemetry capabilities serving adult patient population
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-7
• Cerner EMR system
• 12-hour orientation to support successful onboarding
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and more

Requirements:

• Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license accepted for submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications through American Heart Association
• Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and medical/surgical patient care
• Experience with central line management, wound care, blood product administration, and other acute care skills
• Permanent address located at least 75 miles from facility required
• Two professional references from managers or charge nurses within the past 2 years
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Strong attendance record and professional reliability essential
