Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Oncology – Florida
Start Date: August 28, 2026
Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend as needed

- Medical Oncology unit with 33 beds, 1:6 patient ratio, supported by CNAs, Unit Secretary, and Charge RN
- Inpatient chemotherapy administration performed by core staff with ONS training
- Meditech electronic documentation system with modern technology including electronic whiteboards and remote telemetry
- Recognized as an HCA Unit of Distinction in Medical Surgical Nursing (2018)
- Hospital designated as a "Hospital of the Future" with frequent pilots of innovative technology and supplies
Requirements:- Current Florida RN license or compact license
- BLS certification required
- Medical-Surgical, Palliative Care, or ONS specialty certification preferred
- Positive, patient-first attitude and commitment to compassionate care
- Ability to participate in float pool rotation
- Adherence to patient experience standards including hourly rounding protocols
