- Deliver care as part of a dedicated team on the Medical/Surgical unit.
**Position Information:**
- Role: RN
- Specialty: Medical/Surgical
- Shift: 7P – 7A
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Orientation: Bi-weekly
- Certifications Required: ACLS
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years
- Patient Ratios: 5:1 to 6:1
**Unit Information:**
- Trauma Level: 2
- Equipment: Telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pump, Bladder scanner, Dynamaps
- EHR: Cerner
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric (ages 18 - 125)
- Occasional floating to similar units.

- Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Critical thinking skills
- Decisive judgment
- Ability to work independently in stressful situations
- Preferred Skillset:
- Experience in a medical/surgical unit
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSN preferred)
**Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue (Navy also acceptable)
- Personal Grooming:
- Clean and manageable fingernails
- Tattoos that may be considered offensive must be covered
- Excessive jewelry not permitted
