Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Conduct head-to-toe assessments
- Administer medication by various routes
- Formulate and document care plans
- Provide wound, line, and drain care
- Utilize equipment such as Epic EMR, Accudose Rx, Alaris IV pumps, Philips vitals machines
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Active ND RN or Compact State License
- Minimum of 1 year Med Surg experience
- BLS certification (must be AHA)
- NIHSS and EPIC experience required
- Willingness to float within various MedSurg units and handle trauma patients
