Shifts: 12-hour D/N rotating shifts, every other weekend and holiday
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Fargo, ND. This role involves working in a high-acuity environment within a level 1 trauma center, providing care for hematology and oncology patients. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg- Care for medically complex hematology/oncology patients
- Administer medications and blood products
- Perform head-to-toe assessments
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Update patients and their families
- Float to various med surg units within Fargo as needed
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg- 2 years recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting (250+ beds)
- Experience in a busy level 1 trauma center
- EPIC experience
- Active BLS certification (AHA)
- Active ND or Compact RN License or willingness to obtain one
- Travel nursing experience highly preferred
