Description:
Strict travel radius limits apply.
Experience is required in a medical surgical setting.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is approximately 1:5, with potential for 1:6.
Nurse aides are available on the unit.
Shifts run from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Every other weekend and holidays are required as needed.
A general orientation, including EMR training, is conducted over one week.
Floor-specific orientation will be provided for two additional days.
The facility has 44 beds and approximately 40 staff members.
The community has a population of 80,000.
