Description:
This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Acute Care Medical Surgical.
Candidates must have experience working with a similar patient population, with an emphasis on acute care.
The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient load according to specific ratios, ensuring high quality of care and patient satisfaction.
There is a strict attendance policy and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Nursing staff will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including CNAs.
Nurses are expected to provide primary care nursing and focus on patient safety.
Nail polish is permitted; however, artificial nails or shellac are not allowed due to infection control policies.
The nurse may also support patients who require specialized treatments and monitoring.
Weekend shifts are required, and there will be a rotation with permanent staff.
Candidates must comply with all hospital protocols regarding attire.
