Schedule: Night shift, 19:00-07:30, 3x12 or 4x12 hours per week, includes 3 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period

Requirements:
- Active RN license (West Virginia or Compact state; pending license accepted for submission)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) through American Heart Association
- Experience with patient ratios of 1:6 or similar
- Permanent address must be 75+ miles from the facility
- Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Reliable attendance is essential – facility expects professional commitment to scheduled shifts
Clinical Skills:
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Blood product administration and heparin protocols
- Central line, PICC line, and peripheral line care/management
- Wound care and wound vac management
- High flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/CPAP management, and non-invasive airway management
- Care for patients with CVA, renal failure, and diverse acute medical conditions
- IV starts and maintenance, chest tube management, and surgical drain care
- Tracheostomy care, feeding tube management, and PCA pump administration
- Pre/post cardiac catheterization and hemodialysis management
- Interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs)
