Seven Healthcare are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Med Surg Travel role in Peoria, IL. This position focuses on the MedSurg Women's Care Unit within an acute care setting. Applicants should be familiar with a fast-paced work environment and be adept at handling a variety of medical and surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide comprehensive nursing care to MedSurg patients
- Handle common medical diagnoses such as hysterectomy, mastectomy, and postpartum care
- Administer medications including blood, heparin, and insulin drips
- Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care technicians
- Float to general medical units as required
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Active Illinois Nursing License or application in process
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of MedSurg experience
- Skill proficiency in NG and foley placement
- Experience with titrating heparin and insulin drips
