KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scrub and circulate for general, orthopaedic, robotic, and specialty surgical procedures
• Perform pre-operative patient assessments and obtain informed consent verification
• Manage surgical count, maintain sterile field, and document intraoperatively
• Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Support PACU handoff and post-operative patient transitions

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
• BLS certification current
• Minimum 2 years OR scrub/circulator experience
• Sterile technique proficiency

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• CNOR certification
• Robotic-assisted surgery experience
