Shifts: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A, rotating weekends

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in San Antonio, TX. This role involves working within a renowned healthcare setting, providing quality care in the oncology unit. Ideal for registered nurses with significant experience, this is a 13-week assignment with a schedule that includes rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Administer chemotherapy and conduct CHG baths, including care for central lines and dressings
• Access mediports and perform lab draws
• Transfuse blood products
• Float to other units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active TX RN License (Temporary License not accepted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including Med-Surg/Tele RN and oncology experience
• Experience with mediports, PICCs, and central lines
