Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a centralized registry float position. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical and surgical nursing care. Manage a diverse patient population with various conditions, including chronic illnesses such as COPD, Diabetes, and CHF, as well as GI issues and infections. Care for patients with neurological issues such as stroke and dementia, along with those experiencing mental health disorders. Responsibilities include performing assessments, care planning, and inter-professional communication. Utilize electronic health records and various medical equipment. Work in a fast-paced environment with patient ratios of 1:5-6. 12-hour shifts will include three weekend shifts within a four-week period. All floating will be to other medical units as needed. Candidates must be willing to participate in a comprehensive orientation and training program.
