Description

Job Title: Travel RN – Medical/Surgical
Location: Utica, NY 13502
Length: 13 weeks + possible extension
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM 
EMR: EPIC
Scrubs: Navy Blue
Floating: Required (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
We're looking for an experienced Medical/Surgical RN to join a busy adult inpatient unit.
 
Requirements
  • 2+ years Med/Surg RN experience
  • Travel experience required
  • Current AHA BLS
  • Active NY RN license
  • EPIC experience required
  • Specialty skills checklist
  • Valid driver's license matching demographics
  • RTO required at submission
 
Patient Population
Adult patients requiring medical and post-surgical care, including:
  • Abdominal pain & cholelithiasis
  • Osteoarthritis & fractures
  • Back pain
  • Bariatric surgery / morbid obesity
  • General post-operative care
 
Equipment: IV pumps, NG tubes & feeding tubes
