Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within a Medical Surgical Float Pool environment, adapting to varying unit needs
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Accurately document patient information and clinical findings using EPIC
Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, escalating care as appropriate
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
EPIC experience required
Flu vaccine required
COVID vaccine required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a float pool or multi-unit setting
Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to new clinical environments
Experience in an acute care or hospital-based Medical Surgical setting
