Key responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, delegating, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a group of patients. Utilizing a working knowledge of pharmacology and safely administering medications. Sharing responsibility for productivity and effective resource utilization. Complying with all nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements. Actively participating in professional development and continuing education. Integrating nursing research and current evidence into practice. Providing a supportive learning environment for new employees and students. Adhering to organizational values and performing other duties as assigned.
