Candidates may be required to float to other areas of competency. Responsible for staffing a 28-bed inpatient observation unit. Involves medical beds and trauma overflow beds. Supports patients with varying acuity levels. Includes mid holds and lower to higher acuity patients. Holidays are an expected part of the role.
