Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical nursing for a travel assignment in Wheeling, WV. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an acute care setting within a dynamic team. Nurses will rotate shifts, including day and night coverage, and work weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Provide patient care for common diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, cellulitis, pneumonia, urosepsis, and AKI
- Manage the care of patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio up to 1:7
- Work collaboratively with a charged RN and PCTs on the unit
- Titrate heparin drips based on aptt results
- Operate in an environment with remote telemetry monitoring
- Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation
- Float between departments as needed based on census
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- NIHSS certification
- Valid and unexpired driver's license (for submissions)
