Registered Nurses will collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Employee engagement and collaboration are critical in this dynamic environment. Staff will utilize an acuity tool to optimize patient assignments and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Leadership is provided by clinical nurse coordinators on every shift. Daily huddles, patient flow management, and patient rounding are essential activities. Nurse managers play an active role on the unit, maintaining a strong presence and engaging with staff and patients. A diverse team consisting of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, clinical assistants, and support staff provide exceptional care. The unit is supported by various interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Wound care and assessment processes are integral components of patient management.
