Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts. Floating to other units as needed.

- 64-bed Medical-Surgical Stroke Stepdown unit specializing in comprehensive stroke care and complex medical conditions
- Diverse case mix including stroke, altered mental status, renal/dialysis, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, and general medical-surgical patients
- Adult patient population with exposure to specialty equipment including IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes
- EPIC electronic medical record system

Requirements:
- Active New York RN license required
- Minimum 2+ years of recent Medical-Surgical experience with stroke stepdown expertise
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current AHA BLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required (may be obtained prior to start date)
- EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to float to other units as required
