The unit focuses on neuromuscular disorders, meningitis, primary stroke care, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. Responsibilities include caring for surgical patients undergoing tumor resections for brain and spine, spinal surgery, and head and neck cancer procedures. The unit is also a Level IV Epilepsy center, specializing in implanted electrodes and scalp leads. Candidates must demonstrate experience with complex clinical conditions and provide comprehensive nursing care. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for collaboration within the healthcare team.
