Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a 50-bed Med-Surg / Telemetry / Intermediate Care Unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Maintain expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 6:1
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across affiliated facilities to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Nursing degree required
- Telemetry experience required
- Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills- 2+ years of Med-Surg or Telemetry nursing experience preferred
- Experience working within a larger health system or multi-facility environment
- Familiarity with intermediate care patient populations
