Description:
The Registered Nurse is a practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
The Staff RN roles incorporate essential functions adapted from the Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.
Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and communication abilities.
Organizational skills are also required for effective management of patient care.
Preferred qualifications include a minimum of one year experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
This position requires an associate's degree in nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
Current licensure and BLS certification are mandatory for applicants.
