Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Adult Surgical Unit – Wisconsin

Location: Janesville, Wisconsin

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experienced RN candidates preferred
- Education verification required
- Ability to work night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
Essential Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing standards and state regulations
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team
- Provide accurate and timely documentation according to standards of care
- Offer patient and family education and instruction
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and provide guidance to support patient care across departments
- Prioritize patient safety and experience, escalating concerns through appropriate channels
