Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care to MS Stroke Stepdown patients
• Manage common diagnoses such as stroke, altered mental status, and pulmonary issues
• Operate specialty equipment including IV pumps and feeding tubes
• Ensure detailed documentation and compliance with unit protocols

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg with stroke stepdown experience
• Current AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Valid and active NY RN License and other active RN licenses verified by NURSYS
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Driver's license with matching demographics
