**Exciting Nursing Opportunity - Float Pool Night Shift**
**Job Description:**
- Seeking experienced and passionate nurses to join our dynamic Float Pool!
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM with a focus on patient care and collaboration.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and possess a current WI License.
- Certification requirements: BLS/BCLS, NIHSS, and CPR.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with standards of care.
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by Physicians and in alignment with hospital policy.
- Engage in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance.
- Offer clinical expertise to support patients’ longitudinal plans of care across different units/departments.
- Apply critical thinking skills to enhance patient safety and experience, and escalate concerns through the appropriate channels.
**Additional Information:**
- Position requires flexibility to float to multiple in-patient units: Medical, Surgical/Peds, Ortho/Neuro, and Sub-Acute Units.
- Availability for every other weekend and holiday shifts is needed.
