Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts per week with self-scheduling in group format. Every other weekend requirement (3 weekend shifts per 4 weeks; weekends include Saturday or Sunday). Blocked scheduling may be available for portions of the assignment.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Indiana (license required to submit)
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required

• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location
