Job Opportunity – Medical Surgical Registered Nurse – New Hampshire

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: New Hampshire

Schedule: Variable shifts as scheduled; weekend and holiday coverage required as needed. Nurse to patient ratio 1:5, up to 1:7 on night shifts. Any requested time off must be specified at time of application (maximum 5 days).

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license (must be uploaded with application)
• 3+ years of current Medical Surgical nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience (minimum 6 months) required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Telemetry/Progressive Care experience preferred
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification required
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required
• Current Medical Surgical skills checklist (within 1 year) required
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Must be available to work the posted schedule without shift accommodations

Responsibilities:

• Formulate, revise, and evaluate individualized patient care plans based on treatment response
• Coordinate and supervise patient care activities across the healthcare team
• Utilize assessment data to identify patient care needs, including education and discharge planning
• Recognize and report abnormal assessment findings and incorporate into care planning
• Document all patient care activities accurately, including wound assessment, patient teaching, medication administration, and nursing flow sheets
• Delegate tasks appropriately to healthcare team members
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
