Description
Provide comprehensive nursing care to OB and Medical-Surgical patients during 12-hour night shifts.
Assess patients, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions and interventions.
Provide care to obstetric patients, including supporting labor, delivery, and postpartum needs as applicable.
Manage a variety of Medical-Surgical patients while prioritizing care according to patient acuity.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Float between OB and Med/Surg based on staffing and patient-care requirements.
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and provide timely interventions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
