Completes assessment and individualizes a plan of care within established nursing guidelines. Carries out nursing care considering cultural and psychosocial factors along with the ages of individual patients. Organizes, prioritizes, and performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population. Anticipates patient and unit needs. Demonstrates sound knowledge base in bio-psychosocial care.
