Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
• Float onsite within scope of practice or to nearby facilities within the region as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or compact eligibility
• 2 or more years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Ability to interpret heart rhythms and perform telemetry monitoring
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Prior travel nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to multiple units or care settings
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in varied clinical environments
