Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3+ years of current Med/Surg experience required. License: New Hampshire RN License or Compact required. Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - Previous travel experience preferred (at least 6 months). - Tele/Progressive Care experience preferred. - EPIC EMR experience required. - Traveler must have their own vehicle. - Any and all requested time off must be included in the profile. Description: Travelers must be able to work the posted schedule without accommodations. Requested time off during the assignment must be verified during submission. Requests for time off after the interview will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Local travelers residing within 50 miles will not be considered for this need. The nurse will formulate individualized plans of care and revise them based on patients' responses to treatment. The nurse will coordinate and supervise patient care as necessary. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize job functions. Utilization of assessment data to identify patient care needs is essential. Recognition and reporting of abnormal assessment data are required. Accurate and legible documentation of all patient care activities is critical. The nurse will delegate tasks to healthcare team members appropriately. The patient population includes pediatric to geriatric patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5, with a possible 1:7 on nights. The dress code allows for any color scrubs. The facility has 19 beds.
