Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical for a travel assignment in Topeka, Kansas. This role involves working in a post-surgical environment, focusing on Urology and Bariatric Surgery. Candidates will need to be flexible with start dates and comfortable rotating through weekends.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to post-surgical patients
- Work within a 28-bed unit specializing in post-operative bariatric and urologic surgeries
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float between post-surgical and med-surg inpatient floors as required
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical- Valid KS or Multistate nursing license with no disciplinary actions
- AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1-year Medical Surgical experience
- ADN or BSN in Nursing
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred
