Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical- Provide top-notch patient care within a 32-bed post-surgical unit
- Care for patients undergoing colorectal and abdominal surgeries
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize the Epic charting system for patient documentation
- Participate in the unit's weekend and holiday rotation schedule
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical- Current KS or Multistate RN license without hits
- AHA BLS certification
- Minimum of 1-year Medical Surgical experience
- ADN or BSN degree
- Immunity status or vaccination records for Hep B, MMR, and Varicella
- TDaP and Influenza vaccinations or approved exemption
