Level II Registered Nurse – TelemetryShift Details

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Rotating Day, Evening, and Night shifts
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
• Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge duties per unit needs
• No straight shift schedules

Position Overview

• Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice, the Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent care based on established standards
• The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience
• Active RN License – New York (NY) licenses only accepted at this time
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA) only
