Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - 2 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical, telemetry, or progressive care unit. - Experience with EPIC EMR/charting system. - At least 1 year of travel nursing experience. - 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. - Experience handling patient ratios of 1:4-6. Description: This unit requires a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical, telemetry, or progressive care unit. Candidates must have experience with EPIC EMR/charting. A minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience is necessary. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6 is expected. The RN will be assigned to the vacancy that best fits their experience. The role involves working 36 hours per week with three 12-hour shifts. Every other weekend shifts are required. The RN is expected to float to other equivalent units as needed. Typical patient ratios are 1:5-6.
