Schedule: Full-time hospital-based nursing position with potential to float between campuses based on facility censusHighlights:
  • Provide direct patient care for a diverse medical/surgical patient population including pre- and post-operative patients
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Utilize specialized monitoring equipment and deliver comprehensive bedside care in an acute care hospital setting
  • Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and medication administration and management
  • Flexibility to work across multiple campus locations based on patient needs
  • Opportunity to provide occasional care to pediatric and adolescent patient populations
Requirements:
  • Active Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license (compact accepted)
  • Minimum of 2 years recent Medical/Surgical RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (required)
  • Demonstrated competency in IV insertion, catheter placement, wound care, and medication administration
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation standards
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond effectively to life-saving situations
