Requirements:

  • Active Wyoming RN license or multi-state compact RN license

  • Ability to respond effectively to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Prepare and administer prescribed medications via oral, subcutaneous, and IV routes
  • Monitor patients pre- and post-surgery, including vital signs and specialized equipment
  • Perform bedside procedures including dressing changes, catheter insertion, and IV starts
  • Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, illness management, and post-treatment home care needs
  • Document all care activities accurately and completely in a timely manner
  • Participate actively in discharge planning processes
