Must-Have: - Clinicians must be comfortable caring for up to 5-7 patients. - Surgical and post-op surgical experience required. - Profile should include driver's license. - Work history/resume required. - Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date. - License verification required. - One supervisory reference required at the time of submission. - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility.
