Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Variable shifts including weekends; may float to other units as needed

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
  • Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
  • Experience with Med/Surg patient care, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and peripheral line care
  • Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
  • Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing
  • Compliance deadline: Tuesday prior to start date (no exceptions)
