Level II Registered Nurse - Telemetry Position Overview
- Provides competent patient care based on established standards through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice
- Works under the direction of the Nurse Manager
- Assumes an expanded role that may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities
Schedule
- 3x12-hour shifts
- Day, Evening, and Night rotating shift schedules
- Weekends required
- Holidays required
- On-Call required
- Callback required
- Charge duties per unit needs
- No straight shift schedules
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License - New York (NY) licenses only accepted at this time
- Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
- Telemetry experience required
- BLS certification - American Heart Association (AHA) only
