Documents thoroughly as care is delivered, following regulatory and hospital requirements. Assumes responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development of self and others. Practices in a clinical environment through application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Ability to work varied shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to utilize good judgment and demonstrate patience. Utilizes best practices for patient care as expected by department leaders. Maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Capable of working in a busy, stressful environment where practice changes to meet new patient safety requirements, goals, or objectives. Demonstrates strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic medical records. Exhibits organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workload expectations. Possesses interpersonal verbal communication and advanced math skills. Demonstrates creativity, problem analysis, teamwork, and decision-making capabilities.
