Patient Diagnoses include: Sepsis, CIWA, Confusion, AMS, COPD, Post-op cares, AKI, Trauma, Respiratory failure, Bowel obstruction, Pyelonephritis, Cardiac conditions, Diabetes, GI conditions, Isolation, and SI with medical indications. Essential Job Functions: Must demonstrate knowledge of various patient diagnoses and appropriate nursing care interventions. Must be able to access and manage central lines, administer blood products, and understand isolation precautions. Responsible for managing patients on BiPAP/CPAP, feeding tubes, and intravenous therapy. Experience with postoperative care and management of complex medical conditions is preferred. Must maintain competencies in advanced nursing skills such as wound care, medication administration, and emergency response procedures.
