Description:
The Registered Nurse will be working in a surgical specialty unit.
The position requires floating across medical surgical units.
Patient types include all surgical cases except ortho and spine.
Patient ratios are 1:4/5 during the day and 1:5/6 at night.
The unit has a bed size of 46.
Scrubs must be black or blue.
Experience with electronic medical record systems is required.
The RN will be responsible for various drips and medications.
Professional references from a charge nurse, supervisor, or nurse manager within the last 24 months are preferred.
This position involves a holiday rotation requirement.
Travelers will be accepted, including first-time travelers.
