Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | 13-18 Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during overnight shifts
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Complete required facility orientation modules and assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
- Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency requirements as directed by the facility
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - permanent Ohio license or compact state license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 12 months of permanent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
- Active AHA BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA ACLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
- One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty from an assignment worked in the past 12 months (Charge RN references accepted; co-worker references not accepted)
- No open background case or license hits; facility does not accept any license hits
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills- NIHSS certification preferred
- Experience gained within a single location preferred, though combined experience across facilities is considered
